Position Overview:

We are looking for a PHP Full Stack Developer figure to join our media department.

The candidate will be included within the tech team, in the development of new applications and new features for existing projects.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a talented candidate, with passion and curiosity for Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation, excellent communication and relational skills, high motivation and good attitude to teamwork. A propensity to continuous updating and ability to think and develop innovative ideas.

Good knowledge of the English language is required

Key Responsibilities:

– PHP development to improve and implement our SaaS and PaaS services
– Implement new features on existing projects in Laravel and Symfony
– Docker Container creation and configuration
– Creation of functionality using Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
– Working with AI Data Science Team

Skills:

– Experience of at least 5 years in ITC or similar companies
– PHP, JavaScript and MySQL \ PostgreSQL
– Experience with Laravel and Symfony frameworks, development with Vue JS \ AngularJS
– Good programming skills and understanding of software architectures
– Knowledge of REST API
– Skills in using Git for code version control
– Experience with Dockers

Nice to have:

– Degree in Computer Engineering or IT disciplines
– Knowledge of Python and NodeJS welcome

    Position Overview:

    The Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in selling solutions.  The PSE collaborates with sales, operations, product development, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.

    The PSE is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, market, and/or channel supported.

    Reporting to the VP Sales, the PSE reports on a dotted line to the sales manager or business line manager responsible for the sales team supported.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
    • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
    • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
    • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
    • Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth.
    • Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
    • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
    • Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
    • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

    Accountabilities And Performance Measures:       

    • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
    • Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
    • Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
    • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

    Organizational Alignment:  

    • Reports to the VP Sales.
    • Reports on a dotted-line basis to the sales team manager for the team supported.
    • Works closely and collaboratively with the sales and account teams supported.

    Qualification:

    • University degree.
    • Minimum of 2 years of presale in a business-to-business software company or technology segment; or
    • A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role.
    • Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential.
    • Technical proficiency.
    • Experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP/NLG are highly recommended.
    • Experience in Content management, Content generation, language engineering is preferred

      Position Overview

      We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Scientist to join our team, which will have the opportunity to improve his ability to design and devise Machine Learning algorithms and NLP/NLG model development.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, build, test and implement ML models
      • Design and implement pipelines and machine learning models, including Ensemble, Recommender System, NLP and Deep Learning methods
      • Manage and implement Recommender System algorithms, such as Non-Personalized Recommenders, Content Based Recommenders, Collaborative Filtering, etc.
      • Development and deployment of real time ML models, exposing ML outputs through APIs
      • Design and test new projects to analyze and monitor the results of our products and websites
      • Experience in Data Mining, Data Analytics, with a focus on Social Media Analytics to identify trends and viral content
      • Implement ML Decision Algorithms to minimize manual operations in processes in our software

      • Develop and apply end-to-end NLP/NLG methodologies for content creation

      Skills:

      • Experience in ML/NLP applications
      • Excellent programming skills and understanding of software architectures

      • Knowledge of NLP models such as BERT and Python libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Transformers
      • Experience in tasks such as machine translation, natural language generation, text summarization

      • Experiences with the latest developments in the current state of the art of NLP
      • The experience with Colab, Jupiter, Spyder, PyCharm
      • Knowledge of the fundamentals of REST APIs

      • Excellent communication and data explanation skills in a team with multiple skills

      Would be a plus:

            Key Responsibilities

                What You’ll Do:

                You’ll join our Marketing team in Milan and be responsible for:

                • Build out our brand architecture

                  The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for introducing a new product or enhancing an existing product by communicating the product’s value to the consuming public.

                  We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a data-driven product development approach, strong product craft, with previous experience building and setting a vision for platform products, ideally within the SaaS space.

                  Requirements

                  • 6-8 years of experience, leading product growth at a B2B or High-tech companies with a strong community. Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role within a digital environment
                  • Experience in market analysis
                  • Excellent IT, writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Fluent in English at at least C1 level, both written and spoken.
                  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform business models, respective use cases and value it can drive for client
                  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
                  • Deep knowledge in developing efficient full- funnel acquisition strategy and build community
                  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive planning and decision making. Previous experience to work with analytic tool such as Google Analytics or similar is highly considered
                  • Ability to keep plans and strategies on track while managing spontaneous opportunities and change
                  • CRM and Marketing automation skills (i.e. Hubspot)
