1. Introduction
- Mission
Contents.com’s mission is to transform the content creation market by harnessing the power of the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies combined with human creative power.
The human-in-the-loop concept is our leit-motiv: we put people’s knowledge and experience at the center of machine learning processes to communicate better, globally, and enable businesses to achieve more.
- Vision

Contents.com aims to become the benchmark for all those companies that want to learn how to express themselves better, communicate more powerfully and be heard more effectively.
- Why is the code of ethics important?
In order to realize this mission the code of ethics has always been our foundation.
What is it
The code of ethics is the fundamental charter of moral rights and duties that defines the ethical and social responsibility of each member of the Contents organization.
It constitutes an effective means of preventing irresponsible or possibly unlawful conduct by those who operate in the name of the company because it introduces a clear and explicit definition of the responsibilities of each company operator.
Its addressees are required to strictly and fully comply with the values and principles contained therein and are required to protect and preserve, through their own conduct, the respectability and image of Contents, as well as the integrity of its economic, social and human assets.
Through the code of ethics, Contents plans to:
- define and explain the values and general ethical principles that inform its business activities and the relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, employees, collaborators, administrators, public institutions and any other subject involved in the company’s activity;
- formalize the commitment to behave on the basis of the ethical principles of moral legitimacy, fairness and equality, protection of the individual, diligence, transparency, honesty confidentiality and impartiality;
- indicate to its employees, collaborators and directors the principles of behavior, values and responsibilities which it requires them to comply with in the performance of their duties.
What is it made for
The code of ethics is our foundation. It helps to empower everyone who works at Contents to understand the responsibilities we have. It explains some of the rules we must abide by. While it does not cover every situation you may face in your daily work, the code of ethics should be your first stop when you face an unclear or difficult decision.
All the recipients of this code of ethics are required to observe its contents and inspiring principles within the scope of their specific functions, attributions and activities.
Each recipient of this code is expressly required to be familiar with its contents, to actively contribute to its implementation and to report any shortcomings or violations.
Contents commits to:
- ensure the diffusion of the Code of Ethics among employees and external collaborators;
- provide any possible clarification regarding the interpretation and implementation of the rules of the Code of Ethics

- Letter/ Message from our CEO
Integrity is important. It matters to our customers, partners, colleagues and communities. And it matters to me.
We are a company of passionate and curious people. It is one of the reasons we have thrived in an industry characterized by change.
In order to build a successful company, we must all aim to maintain a correct, cooperative and respectful behaviour in relation with others. This is a commitment that must guide our behaviour more than just complying with laws and regulations, inspiring us to make the right choice when faced with any situation.
The Code cannot provide definitive answers to all questions, so we expect that everyone uses reasonable judgment to determine if an action course is consistent or not with our ethical standards, and to ask for advice in case of doubt.
This Code of Ethics contains the principles that guide us. Each of us must know them, understand them and apply them in our daily work, regardless of function or company level.
Each of us must bring the Contents.com Code of Ethics to life. Integrity is not an optional extra; it defines who we are.
Massimiliano

We want people to know that we are a brand that can be trusted.
Taking care of INVESTORS
Our commitment to honesty is reflected in how we keep business records. Those records come in all shapes and sizes, from receipts to contracts to our user metrics and published financials.
